Firestone Complete Auto Care

The GM Doug was so helpful initially in letting me actually SEE what was wrong with my vehicle and gave responsible pricing. Stacy was so good in getting everything done with my vehicle. I had extensive work done, but he got the job done. Daniel was helpful in making sure I had the proper paperwork even with a difficult printer error. Lol. Would definitely recommend for car services as they are attentive and more affordable then their competitors.

Taking my car to Firestone is always a pleasant experience, even when my car needs more work than I realize! Daniel was our point of contact and he made sure I understood what my car needed and why so I could make a decision. The team did an oil change, tire rotation, alignment and got 2 new tires on my car (along with some other minor things) in 2 hours. I greatly appreciate their communication and efficiency to get me back on the road and in a safer vehicle.

I had an excellent experience at Firestone Complete Auto Care! Matt and Doug were absolute professionals from start to finish. They were incredibly courteous, kept me informed throughout the entire process, and made sure the work was done right. They truly do a great job and handle everything with top-notch customer service. I highly recommend this location if you want honest, quality auto care. I'll definitely be back!

Very happy with the service of this location. Mike and his staff took the time to give extra care with my showcar, race car LT1 Camaro. They got me in right before leaving for Bowling Green Kentucky for Camaro fest. Thank you so much

I had scheduled an appointment for an oil change, and that went smoothly. I also knew I needed to check my brakes, and Mike gave me the numbers on the front and the rear, as well as helping me plan the appointments to replace them. He also explained th next recommended belt maintenance, which I'll be scheduling at the same time as the next brake replacement, and (bonus) he worked up a price for my other vehicle for four new tires, including labor and all fees, so I made an appointment to get that done the next day.
